Somewhere in time and space within the busy plains of Mandaluyong, June 11, year 1987, who could have tell, that this young man, baring the real name Kean Edward “dwardy” Uson Cipriano, will be immortalized rocking young hearts world. While in his high school academic asylum, Kean just rightly met his musical buddy, Tatsi and became a formal member of the band. Within that fold, they induced themselves into a band show in Pateros, hanging in the mid-air without formal band badge.
Callalily's nominal coinage isn't by common terms gotten from a floral vegetation or from a flower commonly known as “Calla Lily,” rather it's just from a snacked bread bun tasted by Kean after a tiring rehearsal. He liked the name of the bread which was labeled Callalily, hence the band Callalily. In college, Kean under the academic custody of UST and Tatsi of FEU, they decided to make voids complete, Kean's friend, Aaron served as bassist. The other gentlemen, Lemuel and Alden, were then welcomed to their company after passing the audition. FACE-TO-FACE
How do you rate your LIVE performances as of the present?
As part and parcel of the society, how do you think your music contributes in the betterment or development of our society?
So, yung music nag-iinteract s'ya from one people to another.
Do you believe that music have the power to shape character for better or worse?
Do you think music connote spiritual entity in human beings, since animals don't know how to make music?
So, may spiritual something 'yung music.
Would you agree with me if I say that music is solely just a form of entertainment?
How can you widen its horizon? Hindi. Ang music kasi is, partly entertainment, partly art, partly craft. Kasi kung entertainment lang yan, may mga musicians na (wala naman dyan just to entertain lang). Kami, tutugtog kami as kami, kung hindi sila ma-entertain, so be it. Merong mga artist na ganyan, so disagree ako na music is just a form of entertainment.
Are you naturally affected by the popularity of some other bands?
Hindi naman. Parang (ganito), wow astig yan ah, kaya kaya natin yan.
“Honest music. Music that comes from the heart. Old cliché yun pero, music that comes from the heart. Para sa akin, good music is honest music. Yung alam mo na pag pinakinggan mo, (masasabi mo) sincere ang nagsulat nito.”How do you understand good music?
Honest music. Music that comes from the heart. Old cliché yun pero, music that comes from the heart. Para sa akin, good music is honest music.
What do you think of underground music?
Are they good music? Well, walang panget na kanta. Lahat good music lahat yan.
If I were to attend your concert, how would guys convince me to do so?
And how would you assure us that the tickets we bought are worth paying for?
Siguro, I'm proud to say na every performance namin laging hundred percent yung ibinibigay ng banda. So, kami pag tumutugtog kami, lagi kaming all-out, lagi naming pini-feel yung music. Kasi gawa namin yan eh.
And if I were to buy your album, how would you convince me to buy it?
And if I have your album, what can we expect from your type of music?
Honest yung music namin. Walang halong kaplastikan yung music namin. We just say whatever we want to say.
Who do you think is in need of more music, you (artists) or the listeners?
Musicians s'yempre. Hindi s'ya musician at all. At saka, teka lang ha(making up his mind).
KNICK KNACKS
If you could invent a new instrument, what would it sound like?
(Thinking far) Parang yung koste na nag iiba-iba yung gear (demonstrating, brooooommmm..!). Siguro yung basket ball na lang. Kunyare nasa gig ka, may dala kang iba't-ibang klase ng bola, then iba-iba yung tunog, then ang pangalan nya...wala eh (laughs).

What's your favorite word?
Steady!
Any music you dislike?
Do you think music can heal sick people?
Pwede siguro. Halimbawa may sakit yung isang tao, tapus narinig n'ya yung favorite song n'ya, siguro makakapagconcentrate s'ya, tapus makakalimutan n'ya 'yung sakit n'ya. For a while siguro, siguro psychological.
If you were not a singer, who would you be?
The greatest basketball player (laughs), hindi joke lang! Siguro normal student who plays in a band and who plays basketball.
What do you think the world would be like without music?
No music, no life. Ba, malungkot. Walang radyo, walang music channels (laughs). So, sobrang malungkot ang mundo.

(Thinking long) Mahirap yan ah. Humanap ka ng panget (laughs). Siguro yung ano, After All These Years na lang ng Silverchair.
If you could hear what someone is thinking for a day, who would you choose?
Siguro si Bin Laden. Hindi...si Nostradamus.
If you had only 24 hours to live, what would you do?
Hmmm, magdadasal. Kakain ng pinakamasarap na pagkain, tutugtog for the last time.
What song would you be singing for the last time?
Yung kanta namin siguro, yung Sanctuary.
If the whole world were listening, what would you say?
Hello world (laughs). Nice to meet you!
If you could ask God any one question, what would it be?
Mabait ba ako? Kamusta (laughs).
What is the sweetest compliment you ever heard about you?
Are their anything more you wanna change about yourself?
Attitude. Siguro yung ano, tamad kasi ako eh. So, siguro yun siguro ang gusto kung baguhin.
If you could be a superhero for a day, who would you be and what will you do?
If you could not differentiate beautiful from ugly, how would choose your spouse?
If you were given a chance to be a woman for a day, who would you choose?
How would you tell that a girl is really in love with you?
